DJ the agent at the Pierpont pickup location was very helpful and congenial. Made the pick up process very smooth. U-Haul also has a great process for order and pickup confirmations with texts, emails and calls. It was reassuring, since moving is a stressful process and it is easy for details to fall through the cracks. Thanks U-Haul Team!
