Easy process. Nice, clean units. Free lock was convenient since u usually forget to grab one. Love the easy process! We needed another unit and I was able to go in the app and get it without any hassles. Super simple! Would highly recommend. Also, the site is easy to access and kept up which made our task easy! Not recommended! They will wait months later and charge your account. Then customer support will hang up on you and don't have the answers your looking for.

Awful experience at this location. Reserved a trailer (a $35 rental), and I go to pick it up and am immediately confronted with a demand for photographs of me...an in-state drivers license apparently isn't adequate ID for these clowns. They told me the photos were so they could turn over to the police when I steal the trailer.

I refuse to be treated like a criminal for conducting ordinary business, and I won't be giving these people another dime of my money.
