U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Locust

We reserved a Uhaul and when the time came they did not have our reservation and had to drive over 2 hours for the truck they gave us as a replacement.

I like everything about the U-Haul on Locust Street in Grand Island. Benjamin, the manager is so friendly and helpful. Also his mechanics. They keep a nice clean shop which I always take as an indicator of how good the business is. In this case it’s accurate. They installed a trailer hitch for me. When I later encountered a small problem, they were very quick to correct it. I highly recommend you do business here. It’s a good outfit. David Purkerson.

I made my reservation early this morning and I got the confirmation to pick up the truck at 8am tomorrow morning, I got a text at 3pm today that my truck won’t be ready until 1pm. I called the store and they said they have one I can pick up today and turn it in tomorrow at noon. Doesn’t make any sense, why can’t they give me that same truck tomorrow morning? I do NOT recommend this place. For what I think the truck I rented was given to another person. I called and they transferred me with 5 different agents and they did not solve anything. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Do not loose your money with this company. In my opinion they are very corrupt, not responsable and they do not have any ethic. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
