Place was clean and all staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Will continue to rent equipment here.

This was the worst experience I have had with Uhaul. Very disappointed with their service. The enclosed trailer I reserved two weeks prior was not ready so we had to take an open trailer, which did not work for what I needed. There was no appliance dolly available, of which I also reserved two weeks prior. The counter person did not tell me how to get the blankets I ordered so I had to go back and pick them up later. The engine light on the 26' uhaul we were driving came on and we had to stop and put oil in the uhaul, so it didn't blow the engine. The oil was so low you could not read it on the stick. Not sure I will use uhaul anymore for moving.

When picking up, the vehicle should not have a check engine light on the dashboard. When I addressed that with the agent at the counter she plugged in a code reader. She said it had to do with the “catalytic converter being recently stolen and replaced…but it should be okay.” If it were okay, there should not be a check engine light on.

Worse customer service ever!! They Decided to close and lock the doors 7 minutes before closing time and stop us at the door
