Absolutely terrible customer service I rent U-Hauls very often, from locations all over the US. This place was the worst I've seen so far.

Rented a 26’ truck and got 5 miles down the road when we discovered the mirrors would not stay in place. Making the move dangerous! Turned around to bring it back and they refused to get us a new truck or cancel the truck we had. Staff was rude, threatening and extremely unprofessional. We called the 1-800 # and it took over an hour and calls to get the issue resolved. We ended up having to go to another location b/c this location refused to rent us another truck b/c it was now “ closing time”. I had rented trucks several times over 25 yrs! Never again at this location!!
