Another good experience for RV propane. Glad I read the reviews first. Google Earth this first. Mine is a 25 foot class c. Tight right turn and another tighter turn. Don’t drop your wheels. Propane is right there. Maybe a car and small trailer. You will block the entrance. Nice lady who was certified for bulk propane tank filling. She will ask for tank age. Call first to see if busy. Walk in. Call button doesn’t work. Oh , she forgot to put the yellow cap back on and shut the door. But that’s why we do a walk around check. Right?

Equipment was ready when i arrived and drop off was a breeze.

Wish I could give them no stars. The worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Absolutely no help whatsoever, sent us to the wrong place for drop off and then said “we can’t help you” when we tried calling for help and the proceed to ignore the phone when we called again. Will never use U-haul again, you’re better with going to Home Depot or using Penske.

1 star because I can't give 0. Confirmed prepaid appointment for a hitch. I drove across town in traffic, and Noone bothered to call me that the 'hitchguy' was not there that day. I came back for a rescheduled appointment two days later. The cashier confirmed what the online reservation said 1 1/2 hours install or it may be less. After 2 1/2 hours waiting at a nearby cafe and not receiving a call I walked back to check. I was told another hour. After all kinds of excuses I was told the 'hitch guy ' does not even come in until 30 minutes after the appointment they scheduled for me. I finally got checked out 3 1/2 hours. I wasted 2 entire mornings and drove 35 minutes each way both times. Absolute disorganized clown show. I never did receive the link U Haul promised to offer feedback. I would never use this location for U Haul.

Online check-in on U-Haul App did not work. Wasted my time.
Upon pickup, the check engine light is on and was told not to worry about it.
On return I only used 6 of 12 blankets. Six blankets returned in original packaging. Despite folding used blankets after use (the corners weren't perfectly matched), I was told on return they weren't folded neat enough and to redo or face a $25 charge. Of course they didn't refund me for the unused blankets.
