Great service while under pressure, great job ?.

Next time there's a massive storm let the people know ahead of time there will not be anyone at the location and make sure the truck they gave me had fuel. I had to do everything over my phone which was running out of power in the damn pouring rain and gale force winds which included finding the truck, taking pictures of the truck in the rain , then having to get the key out of a temperamental lock box that took forever to open as my phone kept dying only to get to the truck to find out there was no fuel in it. Now I had to go through the whole process again while she found a 'SMALLER TRUCK' than I requested because it had half a tank of gas in it. Why were these trucks not filled before the power went out? I was trapped after the storm unable to bring the truck back the next day and when I spoke with someone from U=Haul she said I would get a $50.00 credit for my trouble!!! I seriously hope U=Haul will do me right on my rental or they can consider this the last time I will ever use their organization again. I tried calling someone from U-Haul to find out where I could take the truck and whoever I spoke with, I think her name was Christina , said she was connecting me with someone who could help me but she sent me to a Fort Lauderdale store who said she didn't know why I was sent to her because she was in Ft. Lauderdale and was unable to help me. She didn't offer to assist me in any way, just said she couldn't help. I had no power at my house or business but was still trying to get your truck back to you. Instead of trying to help me I just got the run around from people who didn't give a damn.

They were ‘too busy’ to check me in and grossly overcharged me for fuel (which I returned at same level I left with). Will never use this location again. FWIW, I drove a total of 16 miles…put in four gallons of gas (that’s 4 miles per gallon)….and they charged me for another 7 gallons!!! Rediculous….

This is the hardest store to get in & out of & the blonde that works there is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I will never do business here again
