No hidden charges at all.

Far more better than menards.

My work truck went down for repairs for about two weeks and I unfortunately had to rent a couple of vans for the time being from U-Haul. I rented a van from this location for the day and the van was pretty much brand new. I think it had less than 2k miles and still had the new car smell.

Checking out was easy and the gentleman at the counter was really nice and well informed. I bought back the van early and under mileage, and the total was actually adjusted for driving less than my estimated mileage! I've had other U-Haul locations not adjust the mileage and just charge me the whole estimate.

You can only make right turns onto Lake when leaving here.

A great experience checking in and out. DeShawn was very helpful. He even laughed at my corny joke. Definitely I will be coming back when I need another.

I couldn’t have asked for a better 1st time U-Haul truck rental experience. From customer service, attentiveness to customer needs, helpfulness with everything, quick responses.
