The office smelled like cigarette smoke. The truck was clean in the inside but it smelled like it was used to move livestock. I needed to drive with the windows down the entire time. It also didn’t help that the air conditioning would not get cold. I will use a different company next time. Very bad experience.

Very helpful staff. I was on a walker when I had to rent a moving truck and the rental process was seamless. They even pulled the truck up for me and helped again with the return.
