U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Temple

Didn't have a pick up truck available so I had to upsize to a box van that I didn't need and of course was at a higher rate. I wanted a car tow dolly to transport my car to the next town, come to find out uhaul wouldn't allow it because of the ground clearance, sooooo I had to again upsize at a higher rate to a full size trailer to tow my car.. when I finally get ready to go, you guys rent me a trailer that is bent up on the fender pretty bad.. (good thing I took pics because when I returned it was treated as though I had damaged the trailer until I said ummm no I have proof it was handed to me that way. Which tells me you guys do a poor job of observing and maintaining your property in between rentals. Ohhhh and it gets better)... get going down the highway and I hear this repeated thud against the vehicle, thinking it's a front tire, I get out on the side of the highway and the whole headlight assembly is hanging out dangling by the wires.. so I managed to take pics and pop it in back in.. this WHOLE experience was a complete clownshow from the very beginning.. my advice to anyone reading this, is get the insurance provided at the beginning (just as I did) and inspect EVERYTHING on your rental and take pics because if you don't these ppl will find a way to blame you for their crappy rental..

After denying the safe move twice over the phone I sent a family member there to pick up truck for me as I was stuck at work and needed the truck to start getting loaded my family member is noticeably autistic and they gave him a choice to make to add 60 dollars for safe move to a reservation I made and paid for with my card I don't feel this is right I feel like they took advantage of the opportunity to get more money so I called to get it fixed immediately and I got told to use the truck upon delivery of being done with truck call and they would fix it so I did that and get told that they have to have a manager call me back nothing not a peep out of them I don't know that anyone other than the actual business uhaul but if they do get some kind of incentive for up saling that is horrible and I will not be using this location for sure ever in the future same artist.

The manager was not helpful and actually rude. The vehicle fan speed control for the hvac was broken. Wont use this location again.

When I first went in the store I was already having a bad day but they two ladies working that day turned it around for me and I ended up leaving with a smile on my face?
