U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Topeka

Scheduled a u-haul box unloading day for Saturday and was told to reschedule for Monday. Showed up on Monday and was told I wasn't scheduled (even though it was the same lady who rescheduled me on Saturday :( ). Had to wait an hour to finally start unloading (the older gentleman who found my u-haul box was nice). Found my desk inside broken :(. Was told to file a claim online. I turn in my u-haul box and ask if there is anything else I need to do and was told no. Today I get an email charging me for renting the u-haul box for another month and notifying me that my box is still active and I will continue getting charged monthly :(((. So now I have to wait for two tickets to process.

More friendly and staff a people who actually want to work my uhaul truck what dirty and the front desk black older lady was rude won't let me talk or ask questions try to over talk me and it not offer me that the minimum averages it 20 Mile she tell me after the purchase what through and everything was finalize

Uhaul needs to be more upfront about pricing online when you reserve it. At store you have to tell them how many miles you plan to drive or there is a extra charge for going over those. Also if you are given a truck at 15/16 of a tank or less you are still expected to fill it to full. Now when you do fill it up to full you should give them a discount for that amount of gas you put in. But no that doesn't happen. Just make sure to know it will be more expensive than you think.

My first time getting a U-Haul and it was poorly done bad communication all the way from getting the U-Haul and from returning it. They need better customer service.
