helpful service and staff! they didn't have the available self-storage unit i reserved, however; had an on-site U-BOX available that was roughly the same size as the self-storage unit. the staff gave me a month free for the inconvenience, so thanks again!!

Review:
I was yelled at, hung up on and called a liar, etc. from Bloomington employees, including management for a mistake they made regarding billing for a unit. They fixed the issue on their end after a few weeks of trying to find someone who was willing. Though I ended upcalling Uhaul Corporate HQ and logging a complaint, it was finally resolved.
