Customer service needs improvement. Rude employees.
They gave me a truck that was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke.

If I could give zero stars I would. Takes reservations for storage unit and either gave unit to another customer or never had it. Rude employees. Manager was nice kid but did not waiver from the UHaul Bait and Switch tactics they have been trained to use. Horrible service, rude employees and did not fulfill paid reservation.

What a busy time of year. This location was packed with other parents getting storage as their kids moved out. Zach, the general manager was calm and helpful. Even while dealing with an ignorant customer who while everyone watched threw a fit and pushed over an entire display of packing supplies. He remained professional. Same lady I see has left a bad review for yesterday.

Rented a 26' truck to move with. Was charged $186 under another customer's contract. Then was charged $133 for a new contract + a $100 deposit. That's $419 for a 75 mile move. They said they had refunded my card for the 186 but I haven't seen it on my account yet. The staff here seemed ok at first. After they made a mistake on the contract they expected me to fix it, which I did by paying for 2 contracts on a single truck. Never again UHaul. Use Penske or Budget stay away from here. You've been warned.
