They need more staff , I waited 40 minutes and then decided to call the service center myself, they called the front desk that I was standing beside, so I reached over the counter and answered the phone and that’s when they had to text him on Facebook messenger but his phone was left at the desk, luckily my girlfriend walked in the drop off zone where the trucks were and the staff member apologized but stated “ it’s just me and I have to use this forklift by myself….
