U-Haul Moving & Storage of Southaven

I can’t say enough about how capable and talented Marsha is at this location. I was having a very hard time that day personally and watching Marsha single-handedly supporting the line of people present in front of me and on the phone with such skill and charisma really made my day. No job was beneath her and no customer concern was unheard. Please please show Masha how much she is appreciated with a raise!!!! You don’t want to lose her.

I want to specifically congratulate Mr. Joshua Calico - u-haul Southaven, MS for going above and beyond is duties in helping me out with my towing. Mr. Joshua Calico - u-haul southaven is a true leader in your business and deserves a recognition (5 star).

The ladies were extremely polite and inviting. Made sure everything went well and was in good shape.

I’m just leaving the U-Haul storage facility here in South Haven on Pepperchase. The gentleman with the beard who hooked me up with my four wheel transport was super professional and communicable. Lakevia please excuse the spelling if it’s not correct I felt like she was on the trip with me. Super helpful the facility is super clean I wish equipment was always available at this location because I prefer coming her than anywhere else.
