I’m very satisfied with how the General Manager Mr. Tavares responded to my concerns. As of June 2024 I was given the runaround and then came a new store manager in July 2024 at the Southhaven location. “How may I help you MsHoskins” when I was so frustrated with two units and only needed one. Not only was he very polite and helpful, he explained how he had to be in the system to resolve the storage issues. I was told that I would get a Free rental when it was clear that I wasn’t. I rented a totally of 4 rental properties and was still waiting on a storage unit to be Free. I had rented 3 trucks a trailer and two units. I called spoke with customer service which was not helpful the call was hung up instead of being on hold. Finally I got the direct line and spoke to the GM. This location has the best customer service. I also want to thank Montez T, who out of the blue helped me with my storage units. As a conclusion Uhaul of Southaven on 5375 Pepper Chase Drives, I truly appreciate your work. I pray that you continue to be successful.
