U-Haul Moving & Storage of Southside

Got a truck this morning 9-15-24 from a very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional woman at the counter. Her name is Haley C didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and was very disrespectful. Had an issue with the first truck which happens no big deal turned around to have it switched out. Had to deal with her unpleasantness once again unfortunately. Even using U-Haul for years and have never been treated this rudely before. Might be time for some new employees that appreciate their customers and jobs.

The skinny black haired girl there has always been nasty to us evrrytime we rent a truck. She catches an attitude. I'm assuming she is racist. Do not rent here. They also have my money and haven't refunded it.

It was hard getting the truck to start then they said they was gonna push me back the time I had to wait and they didn't so I called the company and they lied 2 times in one day and it's like come on ppl
