U-Haul Moving & Storage of Spring Hill

Not first time using this facility. Always been happy with the service and equipment.

Worst possible service !!!!!!! They said it would take a couple of hours to install a hitch. I dropped my car off 10 mins before my appt. and went and had lunch, and took a few calls. I came back two hours later and the car had not been touched. They said they got busy with other cars. All they would've had to do it call or text me, but they decided not to. I then had to Uber home. When I came back at 5:15, because they close at 6, I found they had scratched my bumper on a brand new car. I asked if a manager could come out and look, and the front desk person went into the back and returned to say just get an estimate and they would see what they could do. I requested again that someone come out and look at the damage, and was told no. I tried to save a couple hundred dollars instead of just waiting for a car from the manufacturer that had a hitch. I figured since I only rent from U-Haul, I would have them put the hitch on. What a mistake. I read the other reviews and thought this was worth the drive to West Dundee. Wow was I wrong !!

This is an awesome facility to support your storage needs. Extremely clean and accessible and only enhanced by the professionalism from Wyatt and the office staff. I highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of Spring Hill to anyone in the area seeking storage options!
