Nice staff quick and efficient

Efficiency is the word. The app is in sync with the store and the associate appreciated that I used the app and so do I. I got in and out and on my way within 10 minutes. Return was a bit slow with the app but the reps told me that’s best for night time after hours return for faster service and have them check me out. Used 20 years ago and now will gladly use again if needed.

I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out to fill my propane tank. Four employees were all standing together talking while I waited for someone to come out to fill the tank. When he was done, the tank was only 3/4 filled. He said that is all he is allowed to fill per his training.
Driving my Motor Home all the way to just get 3/4 tank full is such a waste of my time. I will never go back to this place to get propane.

It was quick, rental truck was clean. Staff was knowledgeable and personable. I was impressed. 10/10
