U-Haul Moving & Storage of Stone Mountain

I had a hitch installed at this store Sunday. It took more than 3 hours to complete the installation. I headed out the same day for Florida. I heard rattling when I made a stop for fuel. What I found was that my exhaust pipe was loose and was the cause of the noise AND both of my tail light assemblies were loose. There is also some sort of wire hanging almost to the ground behind the rear wheel. I have to take my vehicle to a local uhaul store in Florida to finish the installation and to make sure the hitch is installed correctly and is safe to use.

Customer service was good. Easy pickup and drop off. I was able to rent a larger truck that I didn’t reserve in advance. I’m glad they could accommodate me on the spot. Otherwise my move would have been several trips. Overall good experience.

I am not the person that this was rented out too...and I have called uhaul twice so they can send it to correct person...but no one has done anything about it...they are sending someone's personal information to wrong email.
