Review:
Very poor customer service with U-Haul. Was quoted one cash fee on the phone just to get to the store to be told the amount was $60 more. Although I called customer service and had someone to verify that they heard the same thing I heard, the store still wanted the extra money..I definitely go with another company next time.

Review:
Made a reservation online got there had a hard time. Wasn't told to bring other info to get the truck and caused an inconvenience. Then I was asked to pay another 25$ that wasn't for gas milage
