U-Haul Moving & Storage of Stoughton

Came into this location today and was very disappointed how unprofessional the manager (or so I think) was. Both women working in this location were miserable. The “manager” or whoever was training the young man was nothing more than horrible. She was treating him as though he was incompetent and you could tell she was making him uncomfortable. All of this being done with customers present. After painfully watching her verbally abuse the young man she began to insult my truck as well as question me.. I would NOT recommend anyone giving this business any money. I also recommend this location do some Drug Testing and find someone fit to train the young man. Do better

The hours advertised are a lie. Online and in the building there are multiple postings saying that storage hours are until 10pm, 7 days a week. Two different staff member have kicked me out at 7, the end of OFFICE hours, saying that they wanted to go home. What? I don't need you here, I'm handling my own unit, I rented here specifically for the evening access and it's been a problem every time I've needed to get in.

'We won't be here to help you-' I specifically do not want your help, I want you to leave me alone and let me access the unit I payed you for during the hours YOU listed it as available. Nobody from this store is returning my phone calls, next step is a complaint to corporate. Absolute lazy trash that works here, literally just can't get out of their own customers' way.

U-Haul authorized my card FOUR times for almost an extra $200 for a 2 hour, and only 21 mile ride. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do. Just awful.

Management very rude she needs to go will never go there again till they change management has a very bad attitude don't like her job
