Extremely rude manager, do not rent from this U-Haul location. It felt like he was actively fighting against us instead of being helpful. This employee gets off on withholding trucks from people.

Rude people and not worth the trouble to do business with

The 'manager' on was useless. Not customer friendly and not helpful. I'm a new customer and he didn't show me where anything was and just plain rude. I came in being extremely nice and he did NOT reciprocate that. I understand you maybe having a bad day or whatever, but you're still getting paid and I was an extremely nice and understanding customer. Don't treat everyone rudely. I understand there are some mean and rude customers out there but if I'm not rude to you, don't take it out on others. They're lucky I needed a space quickly or I would've def brought my business elsewhere.
