Horrible customer service and absolutely would recommend any other company but this one. 0 of 5 stars

Uhauls insistence on forcing customers to use their app and take a selfie to check out a van makes the moving experience more unwieldy. Though I have a smart phone it made the process harder and created a worse customer experience. I can't imagine how inaccessible uhauls systems are to older people and luddites.

Poor customer service. They are shorthanded

Awesome people. After our car issue and the dealership across the street wasn't helpful, these lovely folks went above and beyond to get us a truck and trailer to drive 5 hours home. They helped us out in such a bind. Thank you for all you do.
