U-Haul Moving & Storage of Superior

I was given a trailer to take 1600 miles with bad tires. I was lightly loaded and limited speed to 55 mph. I had a blowout in a bad place in heavy rush hour traffic and felt in danger. The UHaul in Texas agreed the remaining old tire was bad and they would have replaced it before renting the trailer.

I did not need to use the moving dolly, which would have been nice to have the amount refunded. I got it, not thinking that it was completely up and down the stairs from where I was moving. I didn't bother asking, but I'm sure they would have done something to help me out. Fortunately, it was only $7.00 for the rental. Staff is super friendly, professional, and easy to contact. They've even helped me to get my storage locker open when it was stuck from the inside. I'd highly recommend this Uhaul to anyone. The prices are the best in the twin ports area with fantastic security. The only complaints I've had are that I was charged for a replacement card that didn't work and had to pay for another one the next time I entered the facility and when I needed to speak with the manager, she never responded to me. The people who work there most definitely know what they are doing, the vehicles are always in great condition, easy check out/check in, and they have a spot where customers can place their unwanted items, a community space to give what you don't need and score some cool things others don't want. Clean facilities. A+++

When it's time to come for your reservation, you are expected to drive 25 miles out of your way to pick up the trailer. Big Joke!
