U-Haul Moving & Storage of Swedesboro

I'm dispatch for track company. I'd like to complain about the location of Swedsboro, NJ. The driver has been waiting since 9.00 am to unload the box and load another, Ana, from this location. When the driver entered the Uhoul store, she screamed and yelled at the drivers to go out. I was on the phone, and I could hear her. Another diver was in front of my driver, waiting to be unloaded at this location from 8.50am. I called the traffic manager for help. When the traffic manager and brokers called her, she lied that she didn't have a helper but was smoking with her helpers outside, in front of drivers. and we always had this problem at this location.
2/18/25 now is 12.32 and he is not unloaded. If I have the option to give 0 star. I give them 0 star

It’s very bad service . Never again

Very rude and unprofessional personnel. I checked in at 10 am for delivery. The lady was sitting in her phone. Have waited for 2 hrs before she started unloading.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Super clean. I felt very comfortable with my belongings in this storage facility.

Had a terrible experience at this location 11/6 picking up supplies. The one rep was nice then she called her coworker for help. She was extremely nasty to both of us. She kept cutting me off when I was speaking and belittled her coworker in front of me. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Unprofessional, terrible location - stay away.
