U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tallmadge

Friendly staff, clean trucks, no propane at this location though

It is upsetting to me to see anything less than a 5 star review for this location. I have been going to the Tallmadge U-Haul weekly as a customer since it first opened. The manager, Danielle is in all honesty probably the hardest working person I have ever known. She is there easily 50/60 hours a week+ and genuinely cares about making her store and 'her' business successful. She takes complete pride and ownership of everything good or bad that happens at that location and cares more about making the customer happy and meeting their needs than she does about ever getting a day off for herself. Most people rent something from U-Haul once or twice possibly when they are moving, which is already a stressful time and probably a bad time to be evaluating a business or leaving a review. I am a year after year customer of this U-Haul location,- Danielle is a kind, helpful, smart and very hard working person who cares about what she does and deeply cares about her store. She would never want any customer to have a bad experience - ever. I'm not just a 'one time customer' leaving a review, this is just who she is and how she runs her store.

Easy to reserve, pick up and return. Friendly service and the truck was great. Affordable as well!
