Review:
Worst customer service of any interaction I’ve ever had at a U-Haul. The staff is majorly under trained and the female* manager is an absolute nightmare. -1 out of 10 stars. Highly recommend using brittain rd. I’ve rented over 100 times and Tallmadge is a joke.

Nothing needs working on! Danielle is a pleasure to work with!!! I could easily do the check in on my app but I’d honestly prefer to work with Danielle!!! She deserves every bit of a raise!!

Nice young lady working the inside front counter. Equally nice young lady working the outside delivery of trucks to customers. Both women were very polite and clearly liked their jobs. Would rent a UHaul from this location again.
