U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tallmadge

We went there to buy a storage unit and NO ONE was to be found. We yelled hello multiple times, crickets. How do you purchase something if you can't find anyone? Then, I tried to call w no success. So confused.

Female employee with dark hair (I'm guessing some type of manager) was absolutley unhinged! We were there to help a friend with their storage items. We just pulled in and she literally came running around the building to yell at and belittle us. Anyone who knows me, knows how nice and unconfrontational of a person I am. This lady wearing her black uhaul uniform seemed a little unstable. Why would you want to make a seen and scare your paying customers away.

Truck was a piece of junk and the GM charged us for damage on the truck that was already there when we picked it up. Make sure you take pictures of every side of the truck before you leave or they’ll scam you. Ridiculous. Will never rent trucks from this location ever again.
