I kind of feel like I'm got scammed here. I moved to this are from boston using a truck I got in boston. The gas was on half full... I used the truck and put the gas that I used back into the truck I gotten and returned it here. When I returned the truck at this location I was charged an additional fee for gas. I was sooooo confused... personally I'm not using this uhaul again. Not saying you shouldn't but as for me... eh I'll find another
I will never rent from here my things got damaged and the manager Sean is telling me my things was put in there already damaged like how is it still wet and mildew and bugs fell off my things and he says there’s no reports of an infestation from other tenants…. If they had a zero star I would give this place that…. Very much not worth storing your things there to have bugs and water damage it and U-Haul not be responsible for it is crazyyyyyy…. Very rude very unprofessional and very much nasty here there’s clearly a black mold spot on the floor from where I pulled my mattress from…. He haven’t been in the unit and says there’s no possible signs of water leaking where did the black spot come from why is there mold on my mattresses why is my boxes welted and why are my dresses welted doesn’t make any sense i highly recommend getting your stuff out of here or they will blame they mistake on the customer instead of dealing with it the right way…. If you want infestation in your storage on your things sure stay there…. I moved my things that was worth moving out and getting the hell out of there Expeditiously found a better storage better price anyways where they keep it dry and is friendly why waste your money where they damage your things and don’t keep a dry environment good tf byeeeeee….. they nastyyyyyy
I rented a car trailer and couldn't make my pick up time u called and the nice lady on the phone changed the time to the next morning bit stated i could pick it up early so I went to taunton at 745 to pick up the trailer the guy working said he had none the trailer I was renting was out already but there were 2 trailers in the yard and he wouldn't work with me and let me take one now fast forward to the next morning I go back to pick up my trailer and I get one of the ones in the yard that he had said was already rented so apparently he lied I would not recommend this location if you have to deal with him I must say the lady the next morning was pleasant she was the general manager she should teach the guy about customer service and respect he was just to lazy to be bothered to do his job
We invented a very different time in the world of customer service. It's very difficult to predict how you will be treated when working with brands nowadays. Although customer service is extremely important, there seems to be acceptance from most companies To allow the uncertainty of customer experiences to exist.
In my most recent experience with U-Haul, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Kim. It is very rare to have somebody represent a brand so strongly and committed as I recently witnessed.
Kim took ownership in a way that made me feel incredibly confident insecure unlike most of the brands today. You would have thought, based on her handling, chad, she had a highly vested interest in the success of the U-Haul brand.
Kim was very efficient, proactive and also nurturing. These traits are something that you really cannot count on nowadays.
It would be very smart to utilize Kim in any way possible that could help replicate this customer experience for the future as she represents your brand immensely well. I cannot overstate that any clearer.
I write this review in hopes that Kim receives a very direct attention from those who can reward her and with the acknowledgment that you are incredibly lucky to have her represent your brand.
I can only hope to receive the type of customer service experience on my next utilization of services.
