Attention: all potential rentals customers be aware when using a card they tell you pacifically that the money they pay the card hold for it will come out without giving you options to pay the balance in your own method. Cuz I was Pacific and tow the guy I need to pay in cash cuz they took the money out that was on hold for but they didn't clear the balance that was left on the card leaving me a balance to pay in cash. He said afterwards they don't let you split up payments but evidently they did if they took money off the card that was on hold for the reservation totally dissatisfied anybody knows with a non-profit a lot of paperwork goes in if you use more than one payment method. Then they treat you like you're in the wrong when it's not in any disclaimer he tells me after that the company change how they do business U-Haul so I guess I need to put it in their commercials we don't do customer service we do it our way. So if people would have just walked away and didn't pay the balance because you didn't listen to the request what I'm asking is should I be responsible for the balance or should they have to eat it. I guess they need money real bad ??

I rented a truck for 24 hrs. on Friday August 16th, 2024. The 10' truck I had SMELLED HORRIBLE like a sweaty locker room, it was dirty, there was no way to adjust the mirrors, I could feel every bump in the road EXCESSIVELY as if there were no shocks or struts on the raggedy thing, not to mention the REDICULOUS bouncing even when not going over any bumps, and every time I hit the brakes if I was going more than 30mph THE WHOLE TRUCK SHOOK INCLUDING THE STEERING WHEEL! That thing is NOT safe to drive and should NOT be rented out!!! And when I told the guy that was working about it, he said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and just stood there on his phone WHILE CHARGING ME for the miles I went over ! I should have been given a refund for the condition of that piece of crap NOT CHARGED $100!!!! I have used U-Haul MANY times before and this was BY FAR the WORST experience and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! U should be ashamed of yourselves!!
