U-Haul Moving & Storage of the Dalles

I came to uhaul to get a van and they charged me over 200$ and it cleared my account and then when I returned claimed that it was a 'deposit' When my contract said nothing about a deposit and now they want to call the cops. They are not forth coming and they do not explain what they will be charging you. What should of been a total of 516$ turned to 710$ with no contract to show that was being charged. Highly don't recommend this place for rentals!

The person at this location said there would be an extra charge for changing the drop-off location. Provided paperwork.

Easy,fast and super convenient! And the company take pride in staying clean and the carts and restrooms are super helpful to have available!
