U-Haul Moving & Storage of the Dalles

I had a really good experience. Joshua was really polite and helpful. First day he helped me set up a storage unit. He walked me through everything and me sure I understood what I needed to do. Second day when I returned the truck. I didn't have to wait very long. He was polite while going through the checklist. I had a great experience.

First off... when we walked in, no one acknowledged us. I stood there for 15 mins waiting before the guy said anything. We came in to pick up a trailer. A family member reserved, paid, and spoke to someone who said a second driver could be the one to pick it up. When we got there, we were told no, that the person who reserved it needed to be there. Then they said okay well have the person who reserved the trailer upload their license, and we can do it. Then he said it wasn't working and didn't see it uploaded. So we gave him our license and he said that it won't work because he couldn't scan it. It was the paper version washington gives you as a temporary one. Omg! He finally got the uploaded license to show and rented the trailer to us. What's worse is that guy says he's the manager. Horrible customer service...

Do not recommend this place at all. Employees are useless and incompetent. Was a nightmare from day 1 for my move to Kansas. I will NEVER use this company again.
