I have rented many times from Uhaul and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10. Thank you Florence Alabama Uhaul for making this rental an amazing experience.

Took a little while to get service because of the line of other people. It was only one person operating getting everybody checked in but he did a great job in showing everything. I was working with a deaf and mute couple and he was able to communicate with them through his phone.

The staff was very professional and helpful in both renting a storage unit and renting a moving truck. Would highly recommend.

Move my mother-in-law from her trailer to a new apartment. Trailer was clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and the manager was knowledgeable and very helpful.
