Simple friendly check-in

I had a great experience with U-Haul as a company. It wasn’t until I called into the Lakeside location the next morning after my very late return to check on whether I returned it properly or not because the app wasn’t working to check it in. The lady that answered took care of checking me in but was rude about where I parked the truck and it was unfortunate how adamant she was to be sure I knew I was wrong with where I parked. Hopefully customer service is better for other customers.

Frank and his team were fantastic. They worked hard to get me on the road even with having to install a new wiring system in my vehicle. Highly recommend this location!
