Shady, inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional, broke my back up camera hooking the trailer up to my vehicle, over charged for no reason had to go to corporate still no resolution The corporate customer service line even said that they are being spiteful. If they don’t like you like like what you’re wearing that day they are super judgmental. Will keep you out of the store and cuss you out

We had 9 u-boxes shipped to this U-haul, and decided to put them in storage at the facility to save about $500 each month. We were scheduled for Saturday, but when we got there, we weren't in their system for some reason. They were understaffed that day, but the general manager Frank and another worker named Frankie stayed three hours after their shifts ended to make sure we got all of our boxes in storage. Frank went above and beyond to help us out!

The manager Frank and employee Sebastian were very friendly and helpful regarding my moving truck rental. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to make my moving day easier. Would visit again.
