Service was extremely slow, especially since there was only one person in front of us. I've seen molasses move faster than the employee inside. The employee outside was doing his best, but you need at least 2 people working outside. Frankly, as slow as the inside was moving, you need at least 2 working the registers. We have waited for almost an hour just to rent the trailer we had reserved & to have it hooked up to our truck. Also, if you're going to rent trailers & knowing that your parking lot is narrow in that section, don't put rental trucks across from the trailers. It's extremely hard to get out with a truck and trailer. Trailers need to be in a spot where your customers can pull straight out & aren't in the area of oncoming traffic. I may give you one more chance, but if it's the same, I'll not use your location again.

Scott and Justin are the best here. We use this location all the time and they come through. Thanks for always helping us out.

I highly recommend this place.

My hitch install was double booked in their system. The hitch install tech installed it for me eventhough he could have just sent me away to come back another day.
