Very unorganized, why schedule a time to pick up a truck if you can't keep that schedule?? Not enough equipment to keep things running smoothly making people wait around, who has time for that?
I rent a unit at this U-Haul building, and I came today to pick up a few things and noticed a 2nd lock that was added to my unit. I checked the app just in case there was something I missed, and I didn't. My unit was paid, I don't owe again until June 1st for the original monthly payments. Of course they closed at 7, and I called the 'After Hour Help GM', Kimberly Bledsoe, who declined my call. Don't really understand being a GM if you're not going to pick up the phone. So now my unit is locked up, and I can't access any of my belongings until whenever someone actually gets on the phone. I filed a complaint which was sent to the upper management team, since they can't do anything else and I have to either wait for Bledsoe or wait for them to open tomorrow. But it's ridiculous I pay almost $150 every month to not be able to get my things when I need to. And if they were putting a lock on it for whatever reason, not once did I receive a call or email about anything.
