First time using Uhaul and the process was so easy! I downloaded the app, checked availability of the vehicle I was needing and saw what was local, along with prices. I created an account, reserved the vehicle and picked it up without any issues.

Belinda was the customer service rep I got when I went in the pick up the vehicle. She explained everything to me, being patient with me when I had questions. She also gave me some additional tips and information that I really appreciated. The drop off was also super quick and easy, Dropped the key off and she told me I’d get the information/receipt by email.

I rented a cargo van for two hours (for short local trips) and only paid a little over $30! Super satisfied. I’ll definitely be using Uhaul again.

My first 10' truck broke down. It took 6 hours for a tow truck to come and get me even though the location was only 10 miles away. The ignition switch in my second truck was so messed up I was afraid to cut the truck off. I had to leave it running most of the time that I had it just to make sure I could complete the tasks that I needed it for and to make sure I got the truck back to the original location. After all that I still got charged full price!
