U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tilton

Picked up our truck with half a tank of fuel. We filled the tank up and didn’t use much. When we returned the truck with nearly a full tank the manager gave us a prorated credit for the excess fuel without us even mentioning it.

Everything went smooth from pickup to return no problems with equipment and supplies i ordered were in the truck. The staff were curteous and very help full. I will rent from you again.

Amazing customer service from all the employees that helped me both of my recent visits. Very professional and helpful, and super knowledgeable. The trucks are definitely up there in miles and are old but I drove an hour each way and had no issues.

The staff was very nice. The visor above the driver's side was broken and swung down unexpectedly when I was driving. Scary! Also, there was a warning notice that flashed and sounded off a few times Re: the gas cap not being tight and it was. The staff person told me when I returned the truck that the seal was no good. I feel like trucks shouldn't be rented with known issues.

If I could give negative stars I would. Homophobic. Rude. Acknowledge the customer in front of you. Have any sort of people skills. The people that run this location are a nightmare and don't go over anything with you. Change reservations at the last minute without communicating, even though the have an equipment guarantee!! I asked too many questions and called them out on there customer service, I got black listed. Very unprofessional. Drive to ANY other location!!
