Old dude wouldn’t even get up to inspect my truck before saying I couldn’t rent a trailer. Guess he didn’t feel like working today!

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional lack of 'service' I've ever seen... It's a miracle these clowns are even in business with the conduct I witnessed and the treatment I received when I TRIED to rent a trailer or truck... I was spoken down to and they were annoyed I interrupted the ENTIRE staff out side on their smoke break... they all acted like they hated their job and with that type of attitude they may not have to worry much about being in business. Needless to say, I left without renting anything. And will NEVER go back.

A++ for Customer service from Bill on 7/9/2023. I needed to rent a unit for my nephew but I was in another State. Bill walked me through exactly what I needed to do online to assure the storage was available that day, and that my nephew could get access. I ran into a few online hiccups, and Bill again helped me get it done. My nephew was able to get in the unit immediately, and commented on how great Bill was in person as well. Definitely the type. If person I would want working for my Company.

Great customer service! They went out of their way to make sure I could get on the road when I had some faulty wiring on my towing vehicle.
