U-Haul Moving & Storage of Timberlake

The truck was clean and overall not that bad. But the lights did not work in the cab or loading part of the U Haul. When it got dark we had to load using the flashlight of my cell phone. We also, as an after thought, ended up renting an auto transport but had to get it from another location due to this location being out. When we arrived at the other location, we discovered there was no hitch on the truck. We had to purchase a hitch for the truck. When we returned all the equipment at our destination’s U Haul, we were reimbursed for the hitch. So we had an overall good experience with UHaul at all the locations we picked up and returned.

Everything was awesome! GM Brandon was extremely accommodating. Communication was great. The entire staff was extremely kind and considerate. They seemed to work like a family. Would definitely recommend this location!

The Lynchburg team is great. I had 4 pods in storage and they were flexible and easy to work with. Thank you, Barbara
