U-Haul Moving & Storage of Timberlake

I dealt with Brandon Cummings which was by far the best part of that day. I didn’t have a reservation and he completely helped me out and got me situated with a trailer. Very professional, courteous and kind and a pleasure to speak with.

Everything here was smooth and my rental went off without a hitch (haha)! I was a little late and the GM Brandon answered the phone and told me that he’d have the truck ready and waiting (he did). The store was clean and the person at the counter (Trinity) was helpful and got me checked out promptly. As an aside, the bathroom was super clean! I was in and out promptly and I’d use this location again.

This is the second time I’ve had to use this particular U-Haul location, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t improved much from the last time. Customer service is still subpar at best. Given the size of this location, I would expect customer service to be a top priority, but it seems that’s not a major concern for corporate. My suggestion: if you can find a better place, go there.
