The young lady who assisted me at the checkout, I didn't get her name unfortunately but she is expecting a baby so I hope you know she's friendly, professional, informative, thurough in explaining the process and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable walking into the intimidating size of the building. She followed all the procedures and stayed with us till we pulled away. We used Uhaul bc we moved from Lynchburg va to Poquoson va, she made our move and enjoyable experience when it came to products and the trailer itself.
