Location - 2070 Garden St, Titusville, FL 32796 Titusville FL. Second time ever using U-Haul service and I will never return to this location again, a year ago I had no problems but now it's ridiculous. The person that helped me (Sierra S) was rushing (wasn't busy, only about 3 other people and 1 person was before me). Didn't precheck the vehicle, so when I did I noticed animal hair everywhere, hitch hickers on the seat and animal feces smeared on the floor and in the bed of the van. Told them about it and all she did was use a air pump hose and blew it around off the driver seat. Asked her about the smell and basically had to make her to spray the cab. Ok, I have a shock vac so I'll just do their job for them but when I lifted the mat I seen roaches. Took it back and told them I'm not taking this, they gave me a 10' truck which was also dirty but was told there would be no price difference. Retured and there was a price difference for gas 0.99 to 1.19, I hope I get my guaranteed $50 like was promised.
