Este lugar en garden st Titusville fl rente una van de carga cuando llegue al otro día me cobraron 300 extras el manager racista qué tienen en el momento llamado frank dijo que la repuesta no la tenía y prácticamente me acusó de ser el culpable del suceso llamé a todos los lugares adecuados pero siempre terminas pagando quien sabe tal vez esté tipo tiene un buen negocio robándose las cosas y culpando a los consumidores

This place 4 or 5 years ago was involved in a credit card fraud it doesn’t have a good reputation knowing that l took a chance and went back and rented a cargo van next day after receiving the rental receipt I noticed an extra 300 dollars claiming that I stole the spare tire I used a debit card by mistake and there was nothing I could do they already took the money that’s because I took the same mistake and went back to the same scammer again this place is not to be trusted.

U-Haul has been a staple of quality for me personally and professionally. If it's wrong, they fix it. We even had a blow-out once and the process of them getting it fixed and us back on the road was fantastic. Working here locally in Titusville has been flawless in my opinion.
