In and out, online check in was not working, it kept spinning and never let me complete it. Had to go inside.

I rented a truck from this place when I got up on the interstate the AC shut off and I had to make the whole trip without AC which was miserableand when I got to my destination they told me I would have to call the 1-800 number and the manager would decide if I would get any partial refund. I guess not next time I will deitely find another rental company

The employees and store manager get 5 Stars. It always seems to take a while to rent a truck at U-Haul so that should be expected. This place is quicker than many others, and they work as fast as they can. All of the employees are very helpful and nice. 3 stars for the storage units. I love these units, they are old vans that have been repurposed. Very convenient location for me. Unfortunately, because this storage facility is so small, parking outside my unit often blocks people from driving by so I'm constantly getting asked to move when I'm there. Other times there are trucks and trailers in my way. It can get to be a pain at times. Also, the storage manager is not very accommodating. I had problems with my unit door which were ignored for a long time until I finally made a scene due to damaged items inside. I was compensated some, but not fully. So I lost several hundred dollars because of the neglect of the storage manager. I also end up paying a late fee every month because she's unwilling to change my payment date to a better time of the month for me ...only 6 days difference but she refuses. Expect to get a lock on your unit if you are more than 6 days late on payment. So that's something for you to consider before renting here. Storage unit fee is approx $190/month at the time of this review.
