I moved from Jersey to Georgia and same here the people were very nice, I was running late asked the guy if he could wait to return the Truck he said no problem? Suwannee Township ?

Always smooth process never had an issues at this uhaul location great staff always ready to help even when they are busy.

Rented two trucks from this location to move down to Delaware and happy with the overall outcome of this process. The employees are nice and professional! There was an issue with the second truck regarding pricing but the manager Nathalie was so kind and super helpful with the situation. She even offered to let me text her for this situation and she was quick with her responses and help. A great staff here and would recommend them to anyone within the area that needs a truck!

I recently rented a U-Haul trailer for a one-day job, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Within less than two hours of use, I began experiencing severe issues with the trailer. The trailer's brakes were locking up repeatedly, causing it to slam into the back of my vehicle. The tires were also smoking due to the excessive friction. This issue occurred several times, rendering the trailer essentially undriveable.
Despite the frustration, I was able to barely make it back to the U-Haul location to return the trailer. I explained the situation to the staff, who assured me that I would be refunded for the inconvenience and issues with the trailer. However, it has been some time, and I have yet to receive any refund. This delay in processing has left me out of pocket, with no compensation for the time, money, or disruption to my work.
In addition to the trailer issues, the customer service I received was disappointing. The manager, Nathalie, was unhelpful and failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolve the situation. Her response did not instill any confidence that U-Haul values customer satisfaction.
As a result, I am extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled. Not only did I waste time and money on a faulty trailer, but I now have to rent another trailer to complete my work. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when renting from this location, as my experience has shown a lack of accountability and poor customer service.
