Was told and reassured they could install a hitch and four flat trailer wiring assembly. Got the call when my car was done, only to find out they did NOT have a wiring assembly or any solution to that. So I paid 350 bucks for them to bolt a piece of steel to my car and wire tap a bunch of wires.Also the hitch receiver presses to tight on the bottom of the bumper, not enough shaving, causing it to flare out on the right side, creating a half inch lip between the right side of the bumper and panel above it.
They then said there is no way I can rent a trailer from them since they couldn’t provide the wiring, blah blah. Giant waste of time and money. But I’m sure this is an isolated incident, and the dude behind the counter was actually nice.
Just wish they would’ve figured out they didn’t have the correct wiring harness FIRST.

good customer service horrible app

Everything was great until I went to return my rental van…… back cargo door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close I contacted them promptly…. Went to take it back and one clerk was fine and I guess the evening manager (?) was in something else! He decided to charge me $250 deposit for the door hitch as damage for a malfunction because it was working when I left! After debating for about 10 minutes he decided to call the boss who explained the diff between Damage and malfunction! I wonder how many people have he gotten over on with that BS! Def won’t use them again

Mostly good. I just needed to transport balloons, local delivery. Cons…expensive & I haven’t received my balance back from deposit.
