U-Haul Moving & Storage of Towne East

I picked up my truck and it was dirty!
Put me behind on my schedule because before I could get the moving started I had to sweep it all out and get rid of someone else's trash.
Then I paid for a 'dolly' for an extra $7.00 and you guys didn't even put a dolly inside the truck! (Thanks for that! You wasted my time, got my move off to a crap start, so I was late, and then charged me for some equipment that I didn't even have.
You guys really should reach out to my number and try and make this right, if nothing else, at least give me back my fee for the dolly and take some percentage off for the cleaning nonsense.

The young man there that set me up with the U-Haul was very knowledgeable and was very polite

Awesome customer service. I had a dolly from a different location with 2 flat tires, also found out I needed a flat trailer due to vehicle being all wheel drive, they did a swap out for me, helped hook up trailer and swap the vehicle out. This will now be my only uhaul store to use in the wichita area

The guys there were professional and friendly. The truck was clean had air conditioning and an easy to use ramp for loading, even had a lock attached to the roll up door to secure the load while it was parked over night! Thank you guys, I’ll be sure to use your service on my next move!
